He rose to prominence with his roles in Arya (2004) and the action films Bunny (2005) and Desamuduru (2007). His performance in Pushpa: The Rise (2021) brought him greater recognition outside Telugu cinema and earned him the National Film Award for Best Actor, making him the first Telugu actor to receive the award in that category. Arjun is also known for his dancing. He has received several accolades throughout his career, including Filmfare, Nandi, and SIIMA Awards.
